YourSay

Windsor Essex Community Housing has been using our Your Say touch screen machine to improve communication, promote idea generation, and gather customer feedback between housing providers, residents and municipalities in one interaction. Our Your Say machine allows users to complete simple surveys and leave audio, video, or text comments in a simple, interactive way.

How we have used YourSay

• Surveyed Residents about the CHC Summer Recreation Program, to help us plan an even better summer recreation program. 
• Surveyed housing applicants to the Central Housing Registry  to evaluate the process of applying for and obtaining housing throughout Windsor and Essex County. We will use this information to ensure that we are providing the most efficient customer service to our applicants.
• We have conducted numerous building or community specific surveys in our efforts to improve the quality of service we provide.

What’s to Come?

Look for us in your neighborhoods – we will be out in the communities with the Your Say machine to conduct surveys, show informational videos, and get Your Say on several communication and customer service topics! CHC is committed to collecting and using community feedback to ensure our residents do have “their say”.
